I nominate the Kosciuzko Bridge on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. In the past 2 years alone, I've driven on it dozens of times and maybe twice it took me less than 10 minutes to cross it.

The Government Bridge in Davenport, Ia.
When it opens for Barge traffic you're done moving for a good 45 minutes.

The Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The only thing that separates you and certain death are these things.

This bridge on i55 in Joliet. I don't believe it's ever been not under construction. Once they "fix" a lane, it's already has potholes that will bend a wheel in a month. Oh, and there is two speed traps, one while your going down a steep hill. Those construction zone tickets are pricey, even though they never seem to be doing any construction.

The Bourne bridge onto Cape Cod. Your piddly little Kosadsfakjdvcki Bridge sees 180k vehicles crossing it per day, according to Wikipedia. The Bourne Bridge is estimated as seeing 280k. And the bridge is only four lanes wide. Route 495 leading up to it is six lanes. What results is daily summertime traffic jams that stretch on for miles. If you're trying to get onto the Cape on a Friday or Saturday you're gonna hit traffic before the bridge is even in sight.
At least the bridge itself is pretty spectacular to look at, but the traffic is just so horrendously bad that there's even a (quite hilarious) parody song about it:

Pulaski skyway in NJ. Its closed for repairs now, it's a rusty sketchy turd of a bridge. It was never meant for more than two lanes or going faster than 35 mph. Every time I drove on it, I could hear it rust.

The Huey P Long bridge in Baton Rouge. The most nerve wracking skinniest bridge I even been on. Also there are train tracks in middle of the bridge. I only been on it once and with a garbage truck next to me. You are literally an inch from hitting the guard rails or hitting the truck.

I'm on mobile so no picture but the patullo bridge in surrey bc is similar except at the end there's a corner and there's no inner guard rail just opposing lanes of traffic. In between 2000 and 2007 there was 9 fatalities on the less than 1 mile stretch of road.

i know people who say "I hope they never build another bridge, otherwise more tourists will come". Often stating that their whole economy is based on tourism doesn't go over well.

Patullo Bridge. Surrey BC. Built in 1937. Extremely narrow, no divider. Plus it has this corner pictured. Taking that corner beside a big truck is terrifying. If you embiggen the photo you can see that the centre pilons are missing. That's from them being hit (they flex, but eventually break off when hit enough times).
26 fatalities on this bridge from 1991-2006.

Once almost had a head on collison with a 5 ton box truck. He was in the fast (inner) lane which A) is illegal for this bridge and B he was running over all the pylons. It was fucked.

YOU MUST CONSTRUCT ADDITIONAL PYLONS

The considered a barrier to cut head on collisions but it would make the bridge seem even narrower and according to them "it is at maximum narrowness" so they can't narrow it any further.
